What if I don't feel powerful or capable?

Hi Queen,
Good morning, if you are new my name is Beth and I am the co-chef of this house. This is the house of bread and our Heavenly Father gives us fresh bread each morning and I get to partner with Him in doing so.
The table is set, let's give thanks:
Heavenly Father, thank you for today's bread let it enrich us and speak to our hearts, we receive your love, Amen.
Yesterday, I experienced, very interesting things. I was honest with God about how I felt since He didn't show up.
In the course of the day, I was a bit unhappy about letting my anger reveal itself. I really didn't hide.
I've never revealed my true heart to people, I always tried to make them smile and keep the relationship from arguments or misunderstanding.
So I was more silent when hurt or disappointed or gave unnecessary allowances. I got freed from that yesterday, He allowed me to come just as I was with the disappointment.
I know why the delay yesterday and I was given what I needed and a small portion of my request.
Now this little Queen is happy.
However during the period of all this I didn't feel powerful and thoughts questioned if I was capable to do the task God had laid in my heart.
We have a scripture for that:
Judges 11:29(NLT)
29 At that time the Spirit of the Lord came upon Jephthah, and he went throughout the land of Gilead and Manasseh, including Mizpah in Gilead, and from there he led an army against the Ammonites.
The Spirit of God rests in us. And He gives us the ability to do the impossible and unimaginable.
In Jephthah's case, He gave him, influence, strategy, drive and support. You can read chapter 11 which gives an account of his life.
Judges 14:5-6(NLT)
5 As Samson and his parents were going down to Timnah, a young lion suddenly attacked Samson near the vineyards of Timnah.
6 At that moment the Spirit of the Lord came powerfully upon him, and he ripped the lion’s jaws apart with his bare hands. He did it as easily as if it were a young goat. But he didn’t tell his father or mother about it.
For Samson God didn't just give him strength but also ease to be able to do what he did. He also gave him the power to rip the jaw apart with his hands.
For me the jaws represents the negative thoughts or voices that say you can't accomplish much.
He strengthens your hands to prove them wrong. Don't focus on how long or how soon, keep tearing till the Lion is torn into two.
Let's pray:
Father thank you for your word let it embolden us and encourage us, we love you, Amen.
If you want to have a personal relationship with Jesus say with me:
Dear Jesus, come into my heart, I make you my Lord and Saviour, I repent of my sins, I believe you died on the cross to reconcile me back to God, I receive your love and new life, Amen.
God is with you, nothing is impossible.
Love Beth and Papa.
