What do you do in times of confusion? How do you identify an intruding voice or inner critic?

Today has begun with clarity. Last night it was confusion and I woke up this morning feeling fatigued. I spoke to God about it. Then slowly I began to realize and see the cracks in the enemies formula.
The difference between God's voice and that of an intruder is the tone and the intended purpose.
Today Wisdom speaks I will share with you what I found.
Let's give thanks:
Father thank you for today's bread, let it ease the hunger in our hearts for your truth and expose every hidden darkness, we love you, Amen.
Let's break bread:
This recipe is different but it all comes from His table.
•What do you do in times of confusion?
First open your Bible and journal and go back to the words of promise He has spoken over you. Replay His words of affirmation. Then stop, look and listen.
Be steady and patient. Rest don't rush. I believe God is well structured and thoughtful, so he doesn't need to lead you on a run, His plans for you are already done.
You can ask him again for explanation when confused. As you dissect each part of the confusion, apply good judgment. Remember who He is, be careful not to apply your past relationships with others to God.
What am I saying? He doesn't do relationships with benefits. He isn't forceful and doesn't seek perfection.
Zechariah 8:2(NLT)
"This is what the Lord of Heaven's Armies says: My love for Mount Zion is passionated and strong; I am consumed with passion for Jerusalem!
God's voice is always kind, even when you feel you messed up. He knew already you will make errors but still loves you and already had a backup plan. Just like Adam and Eve whose error was corrected through Jesus.
•How do you identify an intruding voice or inner critic?
They cause unease. It seeks to give you unnecessary burdens. They make you stressed out, tired and have sleepless nights. They cause unrest in your soul and make you doubt yourself.
In the name of having things in order you see a system of manipulation which is restrictive and seeks to shrink your personality. It seeks perfection at the cost of your peace.
It makes the opinions of others become your truth instead of the Truth of God's Word in your life. Don't stay in a state of confusion, do something relaxing, rest and then come back.
Finally, have ease, enjoy the blessing of life that God has given you, don't live stressed or worried about tomorrow.
Zachariah 8:12(NLT)
For I am planting seeds of peace and prosperity among you. The grape vines will be heavy with fruit. The earth will produce its crops, and the heavens will release the due. Once more I will cause the remnant in Judah and Israel to inherit these blessings.
Let's pray:
Father we thank you for your word, every voice that isn't yours, that causes confusion, that criticizes and causes unrest we rebuke it in the Name of Jesus, like you peace prevail, Amen.
If you want to know Jesus the gentle Shepherd say with me:
Dear Jesus, come into my heart, I make you my Lord and Saviour, I repent of my sins, I believe you died on the cross to reconcile me back to God, I receive your love and new life, Amen.
Tell every disturbance to move and receive peace
