The Parable of The Growing Seed

Hi fam, it's Sunday and there is joy in the house of the Lord. Welcome, the table is set for you. Father has special Bread for us.

Let's pray:

Father we thank you for the bread, we receive it, breathe over the words and let your voice be heard loud and clear. Revive us in your peace, love and strength, Amen.

Let's break bread.

Matthew 4:26-29(NLT)

26 Jesus also said, "The Kingdom of God is like a farmer who scatters seed on the ground.

27 Night and day, while he's asleep or awake, the seed sprouts and grows, but he does not understand how it happens.

28 The earth produces the crops on its own. First a leaf blade pushes through, then the head of wheat are formed, and finally the grain ripens.

29 And as soon as the grain is ready, the farmer comes and harvests it with a sickle, for the harvest time has come.

Our message is loud and clear, I'm sure some of you have caught the understanding already.

Now the Kingdom of God is everything under the Lord's domain. Territory, authority, resources and all the means belong to God. That is the whole universe belongs to Him.

I've underlined parts of the verses that spoke to me and I will tell you what I hear.

Are you ready? Good.

The farmer is you and I, who carry the seeds the King has given us. We have planted the seed in our hearts as well as on the earth in our lives.

Depending on what the Lord gave you, you apply it's planting process.

To each He gave a number of talents (ideas, wisdom, business, creativity, innovation, writing, teaching, music, art, speaking, building) according to their capacity.

Now the scripture and the message I hear is, you won't understand how it will happen.

For those who are like me, who always want the details of how things will unfold, I'm delighted to tell you, He won't give any details.

But the growth has already begun and for those who feel they weren't putting their 100% or feel they got sidetracked or wasted time.

The Lord sent me to tell you today, the seed is still sprouting and continues to grow. It's all dependant on God!

And as soon as the grain is ready for harvest, He would set you in place for the harvest time, our harvest time has come, get ready, it's going to be big.

Prayer:

Father we love you, we bless you, we say thank you, we receive your word, Amen.
