‎There are times we find ourselves exhausted and fatigued. You can't pin point the source of this tiredness which sleep can't take away.

‎Today's bread provided by our Heavenly Father gives us the right nourishment.

‎Father thank you for today's word, let it be nourishing, reviving, soothing and lovely in our hearts, bodies and minds, we receive your unfailing love, Amen.

‎8(a) But as for me, I am filled with power-with the Spirit of the Lord.

‎What does it mean to be filled with the Spirit of the Lord and His Power?

‎For me it means, I can dream again, I can fly, I can run and not be tired, I can laugh, I can cry, I can eat and be picky.

‎The truth is I can be myself. He gives you the boldness to say "No" and the courage to say "Yes" to a new beginning.

‎He fills you with love and gives you the vision for the next mission.

‎When He is with you, you are filled with forgiveness, kindness, gentleness, wisdom, grace, royalty, child-like-joy, creativity, praise and laughter.

‎He brings peace, warmth, breakthrough, healing, passion and compassion.

‎He is the sweet fragrance in our temple, our hearts are filled with His presence. This is who He is.

‎Father fill us with your spirit and let our hearts find rest in you.

‎If you want to invite Jesus into your heart, to fill you with His Love and Presence, say with me:

‎Dear Jesus, come into my heart, I make you my Lord and Saviour, I repent of my sins, I believe you died on the cross to reconcile me back to God, I receive your love and new life, Amen.
