The Lord is Our Security.

‎Morning Fam,

‎It's great to have you here! Been feeling a little off, if you are a girl you'll understand what I mean, it's that time of the month. For the guys don't worry all is well.

‎I've realised much during these short few days leading to my now discomfort, my snappy temper, tired body, emotional state, irritation and the list goes on.

‎Then I have to kick out those thoughts which point out the messy state I'm in. I don't want to call it messy, I would like to say I'm not feeling like my usual self.

‎The constant reminder is God loves me irrespective of. He loves me whether I brush my teeth or not, whether I took a shower or not, whether my emotions are all over the place.

‎Last night, I heard a thought to protect my relationship with God, my temple, but it sounded fishy, not every thought is from God, I remembered in the scriptures, Jesus says we are in the Father's hand and nothing can seperate us from Him and we know His voice, I also remembered it's not by my own might and will that I am loved by God, I didn't work for my salvation.

‎Plus if the Lord is the Master of my Temple, then why do I have to defend myself by my own means when the keeper of my soul rests within me.

‎This is different from watching your steps, the bible teaches us common sense and discernment, to listen to God's voice.

‎When it comes to safety, the safety of my heart, soul, mind and body is the Lord. He keeps me.

‎Today's bread for us brothers and sisters is:

‎Proverbs 3:21-25(NLT

‎21 My child, don't lose sight of common sense and discernment. Hang on to them

‎22 for they will refresh your soul! They are  like jewels on a necklace.

‎23 They keep you safe on your way, and your feet will not stumble.

‎24 You can go to bed without fear; you will lie down and sleep soundly.

‎25 You need not be afraid of sudden disaster or the destruction that comes upon the wicked,

‎26 for the Lord is your security. He will keep your foot from being caught in a trap.

‎Let's pray:

‎Thank you Father for today's bread and a new day, we thank you for your love that you overshadow us with and the assurance daily, we thank you for keeping our feet from the traps of the evil one and the words of the promiscuous one. We love you and give us patience to see your goodness and ourselves bloom, Amen.

‎If you want to receive Jesus, the Keeper, Lover and Savior of our soul say with me:

‎Dear Jesus, come into my heart, I make you my Lord and Saviour, I repent of my sins, I believe you died on the cross to reconcile me back to God, I receive your love and new life, Amen.

‎He keeps you and restores your soul.
