Welcome fam!

It's another glorious day filled with ease and the blessing of a focused mind. We all have a race to run.

Have you discovered yours? If you have, my next question is how well are you running? Take time and think about it during the day.

We have a special word from WISDOM-Holy Spirit.

Let's pray:

Father we thank you for your word, we receive it, fill our bodies with strength to run, a heart that is steadfast, open our eyes to see what you see and be fired up daily in you, we love you, Amen.

Let's break bread.

Proverbs 6:6-11(NLT)

6 Take a lesson from the ants, you lazybones. Learn from their ways and become wise!

7 Though they have no prince or governor or ruler to make them work

8 they labour hard all summer, gathering food for the winter.

9 But you, lazybones, how long will you sleep? When will you wake up?

10 A little extra sleep, a little more slumber, a little folding of the hands to rest-

11 then poverty will pounce on you like a bandit; scarcity will attack you like an armed robber.

Sometimes, laziness can be dressed up as rest. Especially when we procrastinate because of it. To procrastinate is to put something off for another period of time what can be done today.

This is for those of us who always want an extra morning sleep, only to wake up and realise you've got only 30mins to get ready.

From today let's stop. If you have a project, stick with the schedule and make maximum output each season. Rest is good but don't develop the lazybones sickness, we've got work to do and legacy to make.

Let's pray:

Father we thank you for your word, we receive it, teach us to be alert, focused and persistent in the work you've given us. Let us not partner with laziness, but let our eyes and movement be trained towards the race set before us, we receive your love, In Jesus Name, Amen.

Do you want to know Jesus, say with me:

Dear Jesus, come into my heart, I make you my Lord and Saviour, I repent of my sins, I believe you died on the cross to reconcile me back to God, I receive your love and new life, Amen.

Be alert! Work hard!
