For the Lord who watches over us is here and He has always been with us. No matter the lies the enemy presents always remember Jesus is always with you and you are filled with the Holy Spirit.
Let's pray:
Father thank you for this comfort meal you've set before us, let it nourish us and give a permanent seal to the knowledge of your constant presence with us. Amen, love you Lord.
Let's enjoy our meal:
Psalm 95:1-7
1 Come, let us sing to the Lord! Let us shout joyfully to the Rock of our salvation.
2 Let us come to him with thanksgiving. Let us sing psalms to praise Him.
3 For the Lord is a great God, a great King above all gods.
4 He holds in his hands the depths of the earth and the mightiest mountains.
5 The sea belongs to him, for he made it. His hands formed the dry land, too.
6 Come, let us worship and bow down. Let us kneel before the Lord our maker,
7 for he is our God. We are the people he watches over, the flock under his care.
Remember verse 7; "for he is our God. We are the people he watches over, the flock under his care". This scripture tells us to rejoice in who our God is.
The Psalmist takes time to talk about the Lord as our foundation and salvation (Rock of Our Salvation). The Lord is a great God, a great king above all, His hands are so great He holds the depths of the earth and the weight of the mightiest mountains.
The sea which roars and moves, He made. The dry land He formed with his hands. He made all things including you and I.
I like to say God birthed me because His treatment and loving care is like a mother to her child. Just imagine how kind you'll be to your own children.
Let's pray:
Father thank you for helping us see you in the face of doctrines that speak lies. Help us to continuously remember who are Father is and your loving presence with us. Let your Truth always reign, Amen.
If you want to know Jesus, the Rock of our Salvation, say with me:
Dear Jesus, come into my heart, I make you my Lord and Saviour, I repent of my sins, I believe you died on the cross to reconcile me back to God, I receive your love and new life, Amen.
He watches over you and loves you beyond measure.
