Rise and shine, it's a new day, from the part of the world I'm in, it's in the early hours of the morning. I bring to you bread I received from a warm space filled with peace and love.

Let's relax and rest today. The Lord is here for you and I.

Let's pray:

Father we love you and thank you for the word, let your peace continue to flow, unlocking bounds and breaking limitations. Let us fly and resting in your boundless love. Amen.

I'm at peace right now and actually feeling free, our message is actually a letter written by the Apostle Paul during the early church to the people of Galatians.

He addresses a silent but critical issue, "PERFECTION", he points out religious perfection.

But today I want you to not only look at this from that angle only but in every aspect of your life. Your work life, relationships, how you design or create, how you arrange your schedule, even to how you fold your clothes.

Let's break bread.

Galatians 3:2-3(NLT)

2 Let me ask you this one question: Did you receive the Holy Spirit by obeying the law of Moses? Of course not? You received the Spirit because you believe the message you heard about Christ.

3 How foolish can you be? After starting your new lives in the Spirit, why are you now trying to become perfect by your own human effort?

Galatians 5:13-14(NLT)

13 For you have been called to live in freedom, my brothers and sisters. But don't use your freedom to satisfy your sinful nature. Instead, use your freedom to serve one another in love.

14 For the whole law can be summed up in this one command: "Love your neighbour as yourself."

Galatians 4:22-23(NLT)

22 The Scriptures say that Abraham had two sons, one from his slave wife and one from his free born wife.

23 The son of the slave wife was born in a human attempt to bring about the fulfilment of God's promise. But the son of the free born wife was born as God's own fulfilment of his promise.

Galatians 5:16(NLT)

16 So I say, let the Holy Spirit guide your lives. Then you won't be doing what your sinful nature craves.

Galatians 6:4-5(NLT)

4 Pay careful attention to your own work, for then you will get the satisfaction of a job well done, and you won't need to compare yourself with anyone else.

5 For we are each responsible for our own conduct.

Galatians 5:22-23(NLT)

22 But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,

23 gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against these things!

Galatians 6:9(NLT)

9 So let's not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don't give up.

Galatians 5:1(NLT)

1 So Christ has truly set us free. Now make sure that you stay free, and don't get tied up again in slavery to the law.

Let's pray:

Father we receive your word, Holy Spirit please guide our steps, we receive freedom to grow and become. Thank you for you love, Amen.

Do you want to know Jesus, say with me:

Dear Jesus, come into my heart, I make you my Lord and Saviour, I repent of my sins, I believe you died on the cross to reconcile me back to God, I receive your love and new life. Amen.

Be free! You are not bound to perfectionism! 😜😘πŸ₯°
