Come and rest, Take it easy.

Job 13:3-4(NLT)

3 As for me, I would speak directly to the Almighty. I want to argue my case with God himself.

4 As for you, you smear me with lies. As physicians, you are quacks.

Hi family, victory belongs to our King, we sing praises to His Name, for He is great and worthy to be praised.

Thank you Lord for this day, open our hearts to receive, we love you Lord, Amen. Let's share bread.

Today, our message is to find rest in God and take it easy. Just like Job we go through difficult times, many things happen in our lives, it becomes hard sometimes.

We shoulder all the weight, we worry, we plan, we are always on the move, we want to defend ourselves.

Our Heavenly Father says, He is fighting for you, He has already won. We can't see it yet but trust Him and watch it unfold.

He says, stop trying to fix everything or make things happen, but, to sit and rest.

He doesn't need help and isn't hindered. Be seated and relax. It won't fall apart and even if it does, remember He holds everything in His hands, He has something greater for you.

Take it easy, relax, put your full weight on Him, like a child on her Mother's lap. Remember you are a child of God. Walk in awareness, know who your daddy is.

Prayer:

Father, we love you, thank you for opening your arms for us to rest in, give us strength to rest in you, help us to identify the distractions and grant us peace. Glory and praise to your Holy Name, we love you, In Jesus Name Amen.

I invite you to find rest and peace in Jesus, say with me, Dear Jesus, come into my heart, I repent of my sins, I make you my Lord and Saviour. I believe you died on the cross to reconcile me back to you. I receive your love, new life and peace, Amen.

You are held in His hand, Rest!
