Break Camp and Move On

‎Hi fam, this is Elizabeth your host. Welcome to the House of Bread.

‎Let's give thanks:

‎Father we honour you, we feel your kindness, thank you for allowing those with loses to grieve freely, let this word embolden us to move on forward to the places of joy you have set for us. We love You, Amen.

‎Let's break bread:

‎Moses addresses the people of Israel who were in the wilderness.

‎Deuteronomy 1:6-8(NLT)

‎The command to leave Sinai

‎6 "When we were at Mount Sinai, the Lord our God said to us, 'You have stayed at this mountain long enough.

‎7 It's time to break camp and move on. Go to the hill country of their Amorites and to all the neighbouring regions- the Jordan Valley, the hill country, the western foot hills, the Negev, and the coastal plain. Go to the land of the Canaanites and to Lebanon, and all the way to the great River Euphrates.

‎8 Look, I am giving all this land to you! Go in and occupy it, for it is the land the Lord swore to give to your ancestors Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, and to all their descendants."

‎Brothers and sisters who mourn the loss of something precious, old friends, family, relationships, old lifestyles, old perspectives, it's time for us all to move on.

‎I've lost some family relationships, I have spent days mourning and encouraging others. I spoke honestly to God, I asked questions as to why it happened, why he allowed it.

‎I've learned to greive freely and understood that God doesn't control people's actions, he speaks to them on the right part to take, but if they are stubborn and cold hearted they hurt others.

‎People are responsible for their actions, that's why we pray for God to lead us so our actions don't hurt others.

‎Today, I move on and I say, let's move on together, to the other side. We will find joy again.

‎Let's pray:

‎Father thank you for healing, be a blanket of love, wipe our tears and clothe us in your glory always, we receive your love, Amen.

‎If you want to have a love filled relationship with Jesus, say with me:

‎Dear Jesus, come into my heart, I make you my Lord and Saviour, I repent of my sins, I believe you died on the cross to reconcile me back to God, I receive your love and new life, Amen.

‎You are loved, You are chosen and He cares for you.
