A Prayer for Healing

Scripture: 1 Kings 22:19-22(NLT)

19 Then Micaiah continued, "Listen to what the Lord says! I saw the Lord sitting on his throne with all the armies of heaven around him, on His right and on His left.

20 And the Lord said, 'Who can entice Ahab to go into battle against Ramoth-gilead so he can be killed?' " There were many suggestions

21 and finally a spirit approached the Lord and said I can do it!"

22 "How will you do this? the Lord asked. " And the spirit replied, I will go out and inspire all of Ahab's prophets to speak lies.' "You will succeed, 'said the Lord, 'Go ahead and do it'.

•1 Kings 22:20- A question and many suggestions- Everything is subject to Him.

•1 Kings 22:21-22- Permission granted- He determines the end.

Today I want to remind you of how sovereign our Lord and King is. Nothing just happens. He is Lord and Head of all matters concerning you. He also gives us the choice to listen, redirect and receive.

I pray today for a change in circumstances, I pray for your healing. Healing in your body and mind. I pray for mental and emotional stability. I pray for physical healing from all forms of diseases and physical ailments.

I pray for rejuvenation of your spirit. I pray for His Living Waters to fill every part of your being. Be planted in His Love. I speak His Peace into you today. Receive assurance, safety, wisdom, contentment, strength, healing and above all His Love.

God loves you and wants to take care of you.

I want you to open your heart and mouth, and thank Him for everything you need from Him. Believing it is done. Give Him all the glory and honour. Worship Him. Your healing and freedom is received through your thanksgiving.

Prayer:

We give You all the Glory, You are worthy to be praised. Above all powers, above all thrones, above all wonders the world has ever known, above all wisdom and all the ways of men.

You were here before the world begun. The Origin of it all, Master Creator, Eternal One. Thank you for finding delight in weaving every piece of our lives. In Jesus Name Amen.
