A Charge To Keep

Hi Queen,
It's a lovely day. I want you to see this morning as your best day yet. We have breakfast set by our Heavenly Father that is meant to nourish and give us wisdom for the day and the days ahead.
Let's pray:
Father we love you and we know we are loved by you. Thank you for today and the many surprises coming our way. Let your spirit lead us and fill us with warmth and sunshine. We love you.
Amen.
Let's eat:
Today we would be talking about some special women in Jesus Ministry who followed Him till the very end. I want you to take note of the insights each of today's scriptures and notes will bless you with.
These women were genuine eye witnesses who watched all that happened from the beginning of His crucifixion to His burial and their resurrection.
From Matthew 27:32-54 you get an account of the abuse he suffered whiles hanging on the cross.
Then His death plus what happened during His death. The earthquake, the rocks splitting apart, the curtain in the sanctuary which was a barrier for people not to enter the inner room was torn.
The inner room represented the Holy of Holies, the presence of God and only priests were allowed entry. His death allowed us to have access to God personally without the need of a priest or ceremony.
This means in the comfort of your car, in the kitchen or bathroom you can talk to God. Plus the scriptures accounts, dead people rising from their tombs and greeting the living.
This represents broken seals and dead things in our lives come alive. It can be a dream you watched fall apart but the Lord can give rise to something more awesome if you give Him the broken pieces.
During the death of Jesus, the women saw their hopes killed and buried, Matthew 27:55-61. However when they were on their way to say their final goodbye and complete the last process of burial. That was to embalm the body something incredible happens.
Matthew 28:1-3(NLT)
1 Early on Sunday morning, as the new day was dawning, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary went out to visit the tomb. 2 Suddenly there was a great earthquake! For an angel of the Lord came down from heaven, rolled aside the stone, and sat on it.
Amen.
I love the fact that he sat on it, that means what was a hindrance or a blockage will not be a hindrance anymore. That the door God is opening for you can't be shut by any man or secured by any guard.
Funny enough, the soldiers that were meant to guard the tomb fainted. The angel spoke to the women who were still standing and told them to see the empty tomb that the Lord is risen.
That means Jesus left the tomb even before the stone was rolled. So the stone was rolled so the women could see the truth for themselves and carry the message to the disciples.
Matthew 28:9(NLT)
9 And as they went, Jesus met them and greeted them. And they ran to him, grasped his feet and worshiped him.
As I looked at the phrase "grasped his feet" I realised feet represented, a way of walking, a way of living, a life path, or a walk attributed to a person.
That means choosing to walk in His ways and path. When you read a bit further, when the disciples had met Jesus, he gives them a great commission.
But I'll call it a charge for all of us Queens to keep and to know which Kingdom we come from and whose authority we do great exploits by.
Matthew 28:18-20(NLT)
18 Jesus came and told his disciples, "I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth.
19 Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.
20 Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age."
Amen.
This simply means, share with others what God has taught you, live your life as an example of the goodness of God.
Be kind and loving to each other. Share your testimony and let it bring healing to others also. Plus He is with you always. Let's pray:
Father we receive our charge and help us to honour our charge, Amen.
If you want to receive Jesus into your heart say with me:
Dear Jesus, come into my heart, I make you my Lord and Saviour, I repent of my sins, I believe you died on the cross to reconcile me back to God, I receive your love and new life, Amen.
You are chosen by God. You don't need to earn His approval. He already loves you.
Love Beth and Papa.
